About...

Marc van den DikkenbergMy name is Marc van den Dikkenberg, and I was born on the second of April, 1975. That makes me 24 years old right now. I'm quite tall (201 cm, 6'7") so it's hard to go unnoticed. I've lived most of my life in The Netherlands, where I was born. In october 1998 I moved to the USA, where I married my fiancee: Analiese Sand. I started programming about a decade ago, in GW-Basic. Then some QuickBasic, and finally I found the language of my liking: PowerBasic. At the university they forced some Pascal and C upon me, but I successfully managed to repress all those memories. Only recently I've started to look into Windows programming, so expect to see more PB/DLL and PB/CC additions to this page in the future!
Apart from programming, I like to mess around with graphics as well -- most of the images on this site are created by me, using either POV-Ray 3.1(freeware!) or PhotoFinish.

The PowerBasic ArchivesFirst of all, I'm not affiliated with PowerBASIC Inc. I'm just a satisfied user of their products who decided to spend some time to create this homepage. I do not represent PowerBASIC inc., and any statements made on this website are my own. The main purpose of these pages is to aid other PB programmers. There is plenty of PB stuff around, you just need to know where to look. Hopefully, this page will help some people to find what they've being looking for. BASIC is alive & kicking and more powerful than ever! -- Thanks to Robert Zale and his team.
